Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery

All Ireland delivery charge is €6.00 per order. We offer free delivery for all orders in excess of €50.

We aim to deliver within 3 working days.

Our Courier will try to deliver 3 times at the specified address. They will also try to reach you on the phone number provided. After 3 attempts the package will be dispatched to the

Nearest depot where it can be collected by the customer.

You will be advised by email of any delay on your order, or if any item is no longer available. All products are offered subject to availability and may be withdrawn if all stock is sold or if we are unable to source more stock.

If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be given a full refund. If we are unable to supply a product, alternative goods will not be substituted without your permission.

Returns

We want you to be happy with the purchases you make at www.eucu.ie ; If you’re not satisfied for any reason, please follow the procedures below.

If you return the product in its original packaging (and in its’ original condition) within seven working days of the order being received, we will refund you the cost of the product or replace it (if available) as soon as possible following our agreement to do so (excluding cost of postage and transport). You will be responsible for paying for the return carriage of the goods.

All items you wish to return have to be received by us within 14 days of delivery (i.e. the day after the vouched date of dispatch to you). Please include all relevant packing slips and documentation when returning the product.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. We cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of returned goods.
